Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking an experienced Programme Leader to drive end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale technology and digital transformation programmes. You will align governance, budgeting and agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes and senior leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in IT or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of programme/project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technology/digital transformation programmes.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and governance.
• Experience driving organisational change and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex technology and digital transformation programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Establish programme strategy, governance, delivery plans, milestones and reporting for senior leadership visibility.
• Apply governance and budgeting disciplines with agile delivery practices to achieve outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues and change requests with timely resolutions.
