Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks an Assistant/Deputy Director within the Strategy & Plans Office to drive strategic direction and oversee national digital transformation initiatives. You’ll translate executive visions into roadmaps, orchestrate nation-scale programmes, and lead cross-government collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, planning and/or digital transformation, ideally with public-sector exposure.
• Strong ability to translate executive vision into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven experience aligning multi-agency initiatives and driving cross-government collaboration.
• Experience defining metrics and OKRs to measure transformation outcomes.
• Mentoring managers and building capability pipelines within a programme office.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure cross‑agency buy-in.
