Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Director, Programme Management to lead a portfolio of initiatives within the Government Productivity Engineering (GPE) Group. You will translate strategic priorities into tactical goals and orchestrate execution across multiple teams, ensuring delivery of GovTech’s products to agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and scoping skills to tackle ambiguous challenges and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent capability in aligning and engaging stakeholders on ICT strategies and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking with a broad perspective across issues and risks.

Responsibilities

• Programme Execution: Plan and manage a significant subset of the programme, breaking down complex problems into workstreams and roadmaps.
• Agency Partnership: Share GovTech’s roadmaps with senior leadership, harmonise technology, and measure outcomes with clear indicators.
• Operational Oversight: Manage End-User Support Service delivery and related change management initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trust, align with key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts across teams.
