Job summary

Elwood Technologies LLP in Singapore is seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to own a defined book of institutional clients, guiding health, adoption and growth across the APAC region. You will partner with Sales to present platform capabilities and translate client needs into concrete configurations.

This role blends deep technical know-how with commercial instincts, requiring hands-on support, onboarding, and ongoing account growth while coordinating with Engineering, Product and Support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Client Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer, ideally serving institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into tailored platform configurations and product recommendations.
• Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of clients and act as the accountable owner of each client’s success throughout their lifecycle.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders (Heads of Trading, CTOs, Operations Heads), proactively managing expectations and retention.
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and platform adoption.
