Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure clients realize value from Gartner services. You will onboard clients, surface priorities, and drive adoption across products used by large client teams.

You will build relationships with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with Sales and Executive Partners, monitor engagement metrics, support renewals, and mentor junior team members to strengthen client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant professional experience.
• Customer centricity and commercial mindset to drive renewal.
• Proven track record of excellence fuelled by Executive Presence, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to translate raw data and understand technology/business workflows to convert insights into recommendations.
• Passion for client service and ability to capture client Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and drive high value, client retention, and ROI.
• Uncover and capture how the client measures value and create Value Statements.
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with C-level clients across functions.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to maximize value delivered.
• Occasionally serve as a core team member in operational improvement initiatives.
• Coach others in areas of expertise or mentoring.
• Review the client book of business to monitor performance and renewals.
