Job summary

Atlantic Partners Asia is seeking an Executive of Client Management to support client portfolio management in Singapore. You will help build strong client relationships, ensure clear communication, and assist in delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

You will collaborate with Managers to retain clients, identify growth opportunities, and drive satisfaction through continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination within a payments-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in client management, account management, or related field; banking/payments preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain clients.
• Understanding data and analytics to measure and improve client performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across departments to address client issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client portfolio management and support managers in delivering services.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with APA clients and understand their needs and goals.
• Maintain regular, clear client communication about updates, milestones, and issues.
• Support account management, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and resolves escalations.
• Support client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling and value addition.
