Job summary

Elwood is seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to own a defined book of institutional clients across APAC. You will manage onboarding, adoption, and growth, translating complex client needs into platform configurations with strong collaboration with Sales and Engineering.

You will support clients during APAC hours, maintain high satisfaction, and contribute to a global support rota while leveraging your technical trading systems background and crypto knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Client Success Manager, serving institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into tailored platform configurations and product recommendations.
• Strong relationship management with institutional clients; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of APIs and front-to-back trading system workflows (EMS/OMS/PMS).
• Familiarity with financial markets, blockchain, and crypto ecosystems.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined book of clients from onboarding to growth.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders (Heads of Trading, CTOs, Operations Heads).
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and ensure platform adoption.
• Translate client needs into structured technical specifications for Product/Engineering.
• Collaborate with APAC Sales to pitch and demonstrate the platform to institutional buyers.
• Provide high-touch technical support and contribute to knowledge base.
