Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager in Singapore to drive customer adoption and success plans for high-profile clients. You will liaise with Engineering, Product Management, Support and Services to ensure objectives are met on time.

You will be comfortable with enterprise engagement, data-driven reporting, and guiding stakeholders across business and technical teams. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or similar roles.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and software implementation.
• Strong project lifecycle & stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify strong customer facing skills and stakeholder management.
• Take ownership for the customer’s product adoption and Success Plan.
• Have experience operating on-site with large enterprise customers.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
• Develop & leverage reports, dashboards, and data to summarize engagements.
• Analyze customer activity and data across the organization to identify trends and gaps.
• Manage escalations to mutually agreeable outcomes.
