Job summary

Fastly in Singapore seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term role (Aug 2026–Mar 2027) to drive end-to-end recruiting across ASEAN and APJ, partnering with hiring managers up to VP level for Revenue and Client Services.

The role requires 4+ years of in-house tech recruiting, proactive sourcing, and excellent interviewing and communication skills. Singapore-based candidates or PR preferred; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive recruiting experience, ideally in-house, within the ASEAN/APJ tech landscape.
• Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent through multiple methods and channels.
• A passion for working autonomously, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for ability/experience AND culture.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, to communicate across all levels.
• Knowledge of Employment and HR policies.
• Ambiguity tolerance with solid decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels across ASEAN/APJ.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting end-to-end with emphasis on candidate experience.
• Devise hiring plans and strategies with hiring managers up to VP level.
• Build talent pipelines and execute research, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
• Coordinate interview and hiring decisions with interviewers and managers.
• Track pipeline, priorities, and performance data for internal stakeholders.
• Drive offers in partnership with hiring managers, HR and Compensation.
• Recommend improvements to sourcing, process and outreach.
• Support Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams.
• Support Inclusion & Diversity efforts.
