EPOS Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract. You will support growing hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across business and corporate functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and job portals, conduct initial screens, build a talent pipeline, and drive a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and competitive offers.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates.
• Confident communicator with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation and culture fit.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Provide timely interview feedback to improve candidate experience.
• Offer market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support recruitment reporting and TA/HR initiatives.
• Promote Employee Referral Programme.
