Qualifications

3+ years of recruitment experience in fintech, prop trading or related sectors.
Ability to source and engage candidates through non-traditional channels (Discord, Reddit, community platforms).
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions from sourcing to offer management.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
Create compelling job adverts and candidate outreach materials communicating employer value proposition.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialised positions.
Monitor talent market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Analyze recruitment metrics and report progress to stakeholders to support hiring objectives.
