Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting within a multinational organization.
• Language requirement - fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the Apple People organization.
• Guide managers and candidates through Apple’s selection process, from sourcing to closing.
• Use data and metrics to support sourcing/recruiting strategies and timelines.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain state-of-the-art.
