Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled HR professional to support recruitment activities, liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and assisting with offer negotiations.

You will help develop sourcing strategies, maintain a talent pipeline, and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers and offboarding, while contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Experience in IT industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Assist with offer negotiations and contract administration.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Support headcount planning with regional HR teams.
• Organise employee engagement activities and communications.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
• Respond to HR enquiries and guide on policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
• Perform cross-functional HR tasks as assigned.
