Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering-related field.
• MBA advantageous.
• 3–5 years in account management or sales in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic semiconductor customer account to drive business growth
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Communicate product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules clearly and promptly to customers
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
• Analyze customer requirements and semiconductor market trends to inform account strategies
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management
