JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a global leader in semiconductor test and measurement to hire an experienced Sales Account Manager.

The role focuses on driving revenue across Southeast Asia and building strategic customer relationships within the semiconductor industry. You will develop territory strategies, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, account management, or business development in semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test solutions, test systems, or related equipment/services.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and market penetration across Southeast Asia, identifying and converting strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to win new customers, expand market presence, and generate revenue.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts as the primary contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, commercial terms, and business justifications.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and customer support.
• Manage technical evaluation programs, product qualifications, and customer projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular market intelligence updates.
