Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for the Semiconductor/Electronics sector, based in Woodlands, Singapore. The role focuses on managing and growing strategic accounts, coordinating with procurement, engineering and management teams, and driving revenue growth.

The position requires at least 5 years of experience in account management or technical sales within relevant industries, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, technical sales or business development.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering or technology industries will be advantageous.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to manage sales pipeline, forecasts and account development plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers’ procurement, engineering and management teams.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical teams to introduce products and value-added solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and support commercial negotiations.
• Manage contracts, sales forecasts, pipeline updates and account reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Participate in customer business reviews, technical discussions and project meetings.
• Provide regular sales updates and account development plans to management.
