Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Team-oriented with good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and respond to sales enquiries, ensuring quality service.
• Engage with customers to develop new sales opportunities and accounts.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage customers' creditworthiness to support business continuity.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to aid strategic decisions.
• Handle daily sales administration duties accurately and efficiently.
• Promote equipment and solutions in collaboration with Headquarters on marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with customers on orders and delivery updates for timely execution.
• Assist Head of Sales in achieving annual targets and prepare RFQs/proposals with the team.
• Support cost‑effective operations within the department and follow up on orders and payments.
• Implement management plans and directives to achieve company objectives.
