Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks two driven and commercially minded Sales/Account Managers to grow existing customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions within the semiconductor industry. You will lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and customer engagements.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, 2+ years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and familiarity with SAP; strong communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Experience in semiconductor markets (Singapore, Taiwan, or China) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.

Sales / Account Manager - Semicon

Singapore | Permanent

Our client is looking for 2 driven and commercially minded sales/account managers to grow existing customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales within existing accounts.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and customer engagements.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with Operations, Design, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
• Support successful product introductions by developing pricing strategies and relevant marketing materials.
• Manage the overall sales and account management process, from opportunity development through to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate persistence and a solutions-oriented approach when addressing critical customer challenges.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or a related industry.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry in Singapore, Taiwan, or China will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
