Job summary

AIA Singapore is looking for a coordinator to support sales initiatives for our Tied Distribution channel. This role involves budget management, sales analysis, and supporting project initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in Agency channel management, and possess strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, preferably in Agency channel management.
• Self-learner and hands-on to troubleshoot and problem-solve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes related to sales initiatives for the Tied Distribution channel.
• Monitor expenses and liaise with business owners to ensure budget compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on Tied Distribution performance based on business needs.
• Design specific sales challenges to drive MDRT qualifiers.
• Manage appeal framework and coordinate with TD Operations.
