You will collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to interpret market data, set KPIs, and drive performance across the agency. The role requires 3–5 years of sales management in insurance or financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 3–5 years of sales management experience in insurance or financial services.
• Proven record of strategic planning and execution.
• Self-driven with ability to exceed goals in a dynamic sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing agency-wide strategic plans aligned with the organisation's mission.
• Stay abreast of insurance market developments and adjust agency strategy accordingly.
• Draw insights from sales and market data to guide the sales team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product and marketing to implement strategic actions.
• Review monthly executive slides and provide insights on performance and trends.
• Plan initiatives impacting manpower, activity ratio, case productivity and size.
• Analyse agency performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Assist in developing infrastructure and KPIs to track progress of initiatives.
