With 8+ years in life insurance or related industries and strong stakeholder skills, you will coach teams, oversee policy and onboarding programs, and align with company vision while delivering measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life insurance or related industry with managerial experience.
• Familiarity with MAS FAA, LIA guidelines and company procedures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and influencing skills; strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent development and succession planning with KPI setting and coaching.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance, governance and improvement.
• Drive regulatory-related projects and digital transformation programmes.
• Develop and execute strategies to elevate sales advisory standards.
• Champion digitalization and data analytics to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Promote knowledge sharing with training and district-level engagements.
