Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Sales Strategy to lead the ASEAN Sales Strategy team, partnering with finance, HR, and marketing to shape strategic planning, sales coverage, analytics, and quick-action plans. The role reports to senior leadership and is pivotal for driving growth and governance across multiple functions.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, adept at stakeholder management, and able to craft compelling executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a top consulting firm OR high tech company in a highly analytical role OR strategy department in a fast-paced growth company.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and provide recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to drive and track the business using data-driven KPIs and recommendations.
• Support the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews, etc.).
• Collaborate with ASEAN leadership to define and implement Go-to-Market strategies (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount Allocation, Quota Distribution).
• Draw insights from data, apply judgment, and present recommendations to growth and success of sales managers and stakeholders.
• Interpret health metrics to assess business performance and drive governance cadence.
• Build executive presentations and communicate ASEAN leadership messages.
