Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales Director/Manager to drive revenue growth across ASEAN, build enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships, and lead market expansion initiatives.

The role requires leading complex solution sales in enterprise technology, ICT infrastructure, smart infrastructure or digital transformation projects, engaging C-suite and key stakeholders to shape deals from discovery through closing, while collaborating with product and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic account management or sales leadership.
• Strong track record in technology integration, ICT infrastructure, industrial automation, smart infrastructure or enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and ASEAN markets.
• Develop and grow enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Lead complex, consultative and solution-based sales engagements.
• Prepare and review RFP, RFI, tender and proposal submissions.
• Present integrated technology and infrastructure solutions to customers and key stakeholders.
• Build strategic partnerships and sales channels to support regional business growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
