Job summary

You will lead regional sales and technical teams, collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders, support major tenders and proposals, and help shape pricing, forecasts and opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong B2B sales experience within industrial technology.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country sales teams.
• Proven ability developing new business and managing major customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and sales activities across ASEAN and Pacific.
• Build growth plans for priority markets, customers and industry segments.
• Manage and develop regional sales and technical sales teams.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and support strategic opportunities.
• Develop both direct and distributor-led business across the region.
• Improve sales pipeline quality, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
• Support major tenders, proposals, pricing discussions and negotiations.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
• Review market developments, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
• Drive distributor performance and identify opportunities to strengthen market coverage.
• Partner with internal teams including service, marketing, finance and operations.
• Support regional initiatives, new product introductions and cross-market opportunities.
