• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and provide recommendations.
• Excellent communication: translate results into executive-friendly messages and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business using data-driven KPIs and insights for ASEAN leadership.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategy, segmentation, and quota planning.
• Build executive presentations and communicate strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Own data sources and reporting to enable scale and address new requirements.
