Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Regional Sales Director - ASEAN to spearhead sales growth and expand the customer base across Southeast Asia. You will lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue, gross profit, and market share within electronics components distribution.

You will develop regional strategies, manage key accounts, monitor pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and capture market opportunities in ASEAN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, account management or BD in electronics distribution.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Experience leading or developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and long-term customer relationships.
• Established networks in electronics/semiconductor/OEM/EMS sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and expand ASEAN market share.
• Drive revenue and gross profit, consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
• Identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
