Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Executive (General Sales) to identify potential customers, build relationships, and grow revenue in a dynamic logistics environment. The role focuses on market research, prospecting, and nurturing assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure responsive service and accurate proposals.

You will prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals, maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitor market developments, and drive target attainment

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping line, or supply chain would be an advantage.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or sales support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of air/ocean freight and logistics services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
• Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts and build strong relationships.
• Generate qualified sales leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals for prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit and volume targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements.
