Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a sales-driven professional to propel new business, product development and market expansion.

Workdays are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with a base salary of SGD 4,500 plus commission and a focus on growing distributors and key accounts. Your role combines new business development, customer acquisition, and marketing support to strengthen brand presence and revenue across markets, including collaboration with overseas

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment or construction.
• A-Level or Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Business development experience is an advantage.
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, products and markets through market research.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers/vendors and develop distributorships.
• Support setup and launch of new products/businesses.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts, including visits and proposals.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product presentations to drive sales and margins.
• Maintain pipeline, monitor performance and support market development.
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to support sales growth and share leads.
