Job summary

EY is seeking a Resource Coordinator to partner with engagement teams in Singapore. You will help forward plan resource requirements, coordinate availability, and share best practices across the Resource Planning framework.

The role focuses on planning, reporting, and ensuring efficient utilisation within the Assurance resource team. The position reports to the Operations Manager and involves liaison with the Assurance resource team and Sector Leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications required.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with large groups in a professional service environment desirable.
• Strong interest in resource management and planning best practices.
• Understanding basic KPI drivers of professional services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process planning requests submitted by engagement personnel.
• Monitor availability, conflict bookings and resource shortages.
• Coordinate the annual year end planning process.
• Analyse engagement metrics to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Prioritize client bookings where appropriate.
• Prepare weekly utilisation and chargeability reports and analyse for inconsistencies.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and headcount analyses.
• Maintain annual headcount projection information.
• Assist in educating client servicing personnel on the resourcing process.
• Liaise with Learning and Development for scheduling resources.
• Maintain counsellor and buddy information in the Lead system.
• General admin and related duties.
