EY Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Workplace Operations and Project Management to oversee diverse workplace services, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

You will lead budget planning, contract and vendor management, and coordinate A&A projects, reporting, and liaison with building management. This role emphasizes sustainability, cost-conscious operations, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in workplace management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in workplace support services or related field.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with desk booking apps and smart locker systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budget Planning: Develop and manage the workplace support services budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Contract Management: Oversee contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring terms are met and renewals/modifications are managed.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers to ensure service quality.
• Project Management: Lead workplace-related projects, including A&A works, sustainability initiatives, and accreditation documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare and present workplace utilization and performance reports to management.
• Liaison with Building Management: Serve as primary contact with building management for workplace matters.
• Process and Cost-Driven Execution: Ensure tasks are executed efficiently with cost awareness.
• Support for In-House Events: Provide logistical support for internal events.
