Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in-house, agency, or RPO.
• Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent.
• Experience in talent mapping, market research, networking, and diversity recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned Service Lines, delivering recruitment support and timely hiring outcomes.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier and diverse talent.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders with market intelligence and workforce planning recommendations.
• Build partnerships to understand priorities, anticipate talent needs, and develop proactive recruitment solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with compliance to standards and policies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines and nurture candidate relationships for immediate and future opportunities.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the journey.
• Track metrics, analyze trends, and report to leadership with risk mitigation recommendations.
