Job Summary

Role: Resource Management Partner

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

We are seeking a Resource Management Partner to oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization across multiple technology consulting engagements. The ideal candidate has experience balancing business demand, consultant capacity, and project priorities while optimizing resource utilization and supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, Project Coordination, Operations, or Delivery Management within a technology or consulting environment.
• Experience supporting IT consulting, professional services, systems integration, digital transformation, or government projects is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in resource planning, capacity management, demand forecasting, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and workforce scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to manage consultant utilization, billable versus non-billable capacity, bench management, resource forecasting, and project staffing while balancing business priorities and financial targets.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in resource planning tools, Microsoft Excel, and project management platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage capacity planning, demand forecasting, and workforce availability by aligning resource supply with project pipelines, sales forecasts, and business priorities.
• Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling by matching consultants' technical skills, certifications, industry expertise, and availability with project requirements.
• Monitor consultant utilization, billable versus non-billable efforts, bench management, and project staffing to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve resource conflicts, over-allocation, and scheduling constraints while collaborating with project managers, delivery leads, and business stakeholders.
• Perform resource analytics, capacity reporting, gap analysis, and workforce planning, recommending hiring, training, or contractor engagement strategies to address future business needs.
