Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit collection or recovery within banking or financial services.
• Experience in unsecured litigation is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations independently.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong team player with professionalism, integrity, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

• Portfolio & Recovery Management: manage written-off portfolios and achieve recovery targets.
• Customer Engagement & Service Excellence: deliver high-quality service and address customer queries and disputes.
• Risk, Governance & Compliance: identify risks and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory obligations.
• Operational & Administrative Responsibilities: prepare reminder letters, statements, and process transactions.
