Job summary

The Credit Recovery Officer at COLLECTIUS CMS (S) PTE. LTD. will manage overdue accounts, contact customers to recover payments, and negotiate repayment plans in line with SLA.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, meeting KPIs, and ensuring compliance with PDPA and company procedures while working with a team in Singapore. Multilingual ability is an advantage and flexibility to handle ad-hoc duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection, customer service, or related fields.
• Minimum education as stated (N levels or equivalent).
• Multilingual ability is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet collection targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned portfolio of overdue accounts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
• Follow up on payment commitments and recovery actions.
• Assign uncontactable accounts for next course of action.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and company procedures.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity thresholds are met.
• Any assigned ad-hoc duties.
