DBS in Singapore East is seeking an Analyst, Collection Specialist (Back End) within Consumer Credit Risk to maximise recovery of past due accounts. You will contact 90–150 days past due and cancelled accounts, negotiate payment schedules, and escalate when needed, ensuring compliance and accurate data handling.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma with 2–3 years’ experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Risk Management Group.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing and call centre with knowledge in legal process (advantageous).
• Knowledge of consumer credit products.

Responsabilidades

• Contact 90 to 150 days past due and cancelled accounts for payment.
• Review and recommend account for legal action or set-off as appropriate.
• Provide customers with information and means to make payment.
• Negotiate payment schedules to maximise profitability and minimise risk.
• Escalate irregular cases to team leader for guidance.
• Maintain delinquent account history and update data/MIS.
