Job summary

Exentec is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of competitive, compliant proposals for strategic opportunities. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure winning bids aligned with customer requirements and profitability targets.

You will drive the full proposal lifecycle from qualification through submission and handover, upholding governance, risk management, and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Proposal Management or related fields.
• Experience in EPC, Cleanroom, High-Tech, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Data Center, or Industrial projects preferred.
• International project experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for complex, high-value projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Commercial, Legal, and Leadership.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, tender requirements, and internal governance.
• Develop value propositions and win strategies; support customer presentations and reviews.
• Mentor and coach Proposal Managers and Proposal Coordinators; support planning and forecasting.
