Our client is a European MNC in Industrial Equipment seeking a Proposal Manager to support the sales cycle from qualification to project delivery. You will liaise with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Customers to deliver accurate quotations, competitive pricing and timely proposals.

The role focuses on improving bid-win rates, ensuring contract compliance and smooth handovers from Sales to Operations.

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
5–10 years of experience in Proposal Management, Bid Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or related roles
Experience in HVAC, MEP, Building Services, Industrial Equipment, Engineering Solutions, or Manufacturing industries
Proven experience supporting large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects

Responsabilidades

Lead preparation and submission of commercial and technical proposals for equipment and solution projects
Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
Coordinate with engineering, product management, procurement, and factories for inputs
Develop compliant, competitive bid submissions within deadlines
Manage proposal review and approval process
Maintain proposal templates, bid documentation, and databases
Conduct risk assessments and identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks
