seeks a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end tendering for mid-to-large scale commercial buildings, covering bid strategy, risk assessment, pricing coordination and submission. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with 8+ years in construction management and tendering, and excels in contract negotiation, cost control and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience including tendering.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, contract negotiation and legal implications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tendering processes including bid strategy, risk assessment, pricing coordination and submission.
• Review and interpret client-issued tender documents (RFPs, ITTs, BOQs, drawings) ensuring deliverables are understood.
• Develop and implement structured internal workflows for bid preparation, approvals and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms with legal and executive management.
