Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Commercial Proposals Specialist to prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for aftermarket projects, parts and services, and to identify, develop, quote and close sales opportunities.

You will liaise with vendors for cost calculations, review terms with Legal, conduct risk assessments, negotiate with customers and vendors, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Experience in energy, power generation, or industrial services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial proposals, sales support, tendering, contract management or business development.
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in energy, power generation, engineering or industrial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for aftermarket projects, parts and services.
• Identify, develop, quote and close sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Liaise with vendors to prepare cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Review contractual terms with Legal and prepare commercial deviations.
• Conduct commercial risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans.
• Work with Sales teams to develop sales strategies and monitor opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, pricing and terms.
• Provide regular sales updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support project execution, procurement, invoicing and customer payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with export control and company policies.
• Support audits, marketing activities and service business improvement initiatives.
