Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Special Projects to lead strategic initiatives within the Facilities Management division.

The role requires strong project management, operations, and stakeholder engagement to drive projects from conceptualisation through implementation with timely delivery. You will oversee planning, budgeting and resource allocation, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, identify gaps and implement practical solutions while ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Budgeting, cost control and resource planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, implementation and delivery.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance service quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor progress, timelines, budgets and deliverables, reporting to senior management.
• Support business expansion, project mobilisation, contract transitions and other critical assignments.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, workplace safety and company standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and management initiatives as required.
