Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Budgeting, cost control and resource planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager,Special Projects to lead and oversee strategic projects, business initiativesand special assignments within the Facilities Management division. The role requires strong project management, operational andstakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to drive projects fromconceptualisation through to implementation while ensuring timely delivery,cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, implementation and delivery.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify operational gaps, assess business challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements
