You will source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future manpower demands while facilitating smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or technical roles.
• Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Facilities Management roles including Property Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Executives, M&E Engineers, and Technicians to fulfill operational staffing needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to attract qualified talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and manage job offer follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future project manpower demands
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records and reports for transparency and decision-making
• Support onboarding logistics and perform recruitment-related administrative tasks to facilitate new hire integration
