Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or technical roles.
• Proficient with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and diverse sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Facilities Management roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to attract qualified talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and manage job offer follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future project manpower demands.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records and reports for transparency and decision-making.
• Support onboarding logistics and perform recruitment-related administrative tasks to facilitate new hire integration.
