Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects, operational initiatives or cross-functional assignments.
• Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good commercial acumen with budgeting, cost control and resource planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, implementation and delivery.
• Drive operational improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify operational gaps, assess business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Support business expansion, new project mobilisation, contract transitions and other business-critical assignments.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, workplace safety and company standards.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and management initiatives as required.
