Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive to lead project delivery and facilities management. You will coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion while maintaining schedules and budgets.

You will oversee daily facilities operations, M&E systems, and ensure compliance with fire, safety, and WSH requirements. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in FM or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or project coordination.
• Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation, A&A, upgrading, and fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, preventive maintenance, and corrective works.
• Manage building services including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, lifts, and other M&E systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, evaluate quotations, and verify completed works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, fire safety, and WSH requirements.
• Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues, fit-out works, and service requests.
• Maintain project documentation, maintenance records, budgets, and operational reports.
