Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management with upgrading/renovation focus.
• Proven track record delivering complex facility projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications such as FMP, CFM, PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility upgrading, renovation, and expansion projects from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budget and resources.
• Oversee tendering, bids evaluation and contractor/vendor selection.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Conduct site inspections ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, operations to minimise disruption.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to required quality.
