Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking to oversee development and growth of services meeting the needs of service users in social sectors. You will work with a team to empower service users to live with dignity by shaping strategies and funding assessments.

You will engage stakeholders, partner with SSAs and government bodies, and guide service development to meet prioritised needs with evidence-based delivery and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years experience in human services sector.
• Experience in programme design and/or planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and growth of effective services and initiatives for service users.
• Analyse landscape and engage stakeholders to identify needs and gaps.
• Partner with SSAs and government agencies to develop strategies.
• Guide service providers in meeting prioritised needs and improving delivery.
• Set and evaluate output, outcome and impact indicators for services.
