Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a result-driven professional to join the Services Group. You will help shape service strategies for social services users, ensuring programmes deliver outcomes with efficiency and integrity.

Responsibilities include overseeing strategy implementation, stakeholder engagement with SSAs and other agencies, budget monitoring, grant management, and performance reporting to support data-driven decision making for public services.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with social services or grant management.
Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of public service grant management or funding practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee Service Strategy Implementation
Analyse landscape and engage stakeholders to understand national strategies and identify critical and emerging needs and gaps
Partner with social service agencies and government stakeholders to implement strategies
Drive collaborations to develop innovative solutions
Programme Management and Evaluation
Oversee assessments of funding proposals for new programmes
Manage funding disbursements, budget utilisation and proper accounting
Collate and produce reports for key stakeholders
