Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites applications for a role as Assistant Director (SP) to support PA's strategic planning, alignment of divisions, and progress tracking of strategic thrusts. You will also help coordinate manpower and budget planning and prepare strategic submissions for leadership oversight.

The role includes secretariat support for the PA Board and senior management, as well as coordinating cross-divisional initiatives and early contributions to Public Service

Qualifications

• Cover duties of DD (SP) in his / her absence.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by senior officers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning and review PA's strategic thrusts.
• Coordinate budgeting and manpower planning for mid to long term.
• Prepare board papers, management reports and submissions to external agencies.
• Support transformation and cross-divisional initiatives across PA.
