Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Singapore seeks a Product Manager responsible for achieving sales and profit targets across vendor product groups. The role focuses on revenue outcomes through marketing programs, sales training, and vendor relationships to support both TD SYNNEX and partner communities.

You will lead business planning, develop enablement programs, and ensure the sales teams are well trained and equipped to drive product group objectives, while coordinating cross-functional activities and optimizing

Qualifications

4–6 years of IT distribution experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Vendor product sales certifications preferred.
Strong leadership attributes.
Self-starter with results focus.
Sound business acumen and ability to work with little direction.
Ability to lead vertical teams and influence outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
Train and support technical pre-sales and sales teams.
Develop and implement marketing programs to meet product group objectives.
Coordinate with TD SYNNEX functions to meet product plan outcomes.
Forecast and plan inventory and vendor commitments.
Provide leadership and direction to sales teams in support of the product groups.
